Returns Policy
Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 calendar days from the day you receive your goods. If you wish to exercise your right to cancel please contact us on customerservices@flavourcraver.co.uk. Once you have confirmed with us your intention to cancel, you will have 14 calendar days to return your order at your cost (tracked service is recommended). If you do not return goods in this time frame we are not obligated to provide a refund. Once we have received your goods, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days.
Any damaged, incorrect or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Please contact us on customerservices@flavourcraver.co.uk with photographic evidence; we will deal with your enquiry accordingly.
The goods you have purchased should be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. In the unlikely event products supplied to you do not meet these requirements then you are entitled to a refund. Please note, there can be noticeable colour differences between flavour batches, this is a natural result of the flavour manufacturing process.
