Shipping Policy

We offer a fully tracked service within the UK, Europe and Worldwide.

Same day dispatch

On UK orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday

On International orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday

Orders placed outside of these times will be dispatched the next working day

*Please note - no orders are dispatched on Weekends or UK Public holidays

United Kingdom

FREE Postage on orders £50 and over dispatched via Royal Mail 48. At checkout you can opt for Royal Mail Tracked 24 at a subsidised rate.

Orders up to £50 will be dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48 : £3.39. At checkout you can opt for Royal Mail Tracked 24 £4.25.

Royal Mail Tracked is a fully tracked service notifying you of each movement through the postal system, you will be updated via text and/or email using the information you supply, with photographic confirmation of delivery. Delivery aims RM24 next working day, RM48 2-3 working days including Saturday. If your order has not been delivered by the due date plus 7 working days, please contact us on customerservices@flavourcraver.co.uk. You can check Royalmail.com for service updates affecting your area.

International deliveries

Postage is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination starting from £8.25 to Europe and £10.15 Worldwide.

If your country is not listed, please send us an email to customerservice@flavourcraver.co.uk and we will add it.

Customs 

If you're ordering from outside of the UK you will be liable for both VAT and Customs Fees on your order.  The amount charged by the customs office is sadly, out of our control and we cannot reimburse you for these charges.  You (the customer) are liable for any VAT and customs duties on your order.

If you have refused these fees and your parcel is seized and destroyed by customs you will not be refunded and will not receive a replacement order. You (the customer) are liable for any customs charges/import fees. If you fail to pay the customs/import fees and the package is returned to us, you will not be eligible for a refund but we will re-ship the original package back to you if you contact us to pay the additional shipping fee.
