Impact Flavours Croissant Flavoured Concentrate
A unique rich, full flavoured buttery baked pastry flavour. The pastry component is very noticeable even at the smallest percentages, while the buttery notes are lifted mostly when creams are introduced. There is also a dry cooked crispy element which makes this flavour so authentic. This concentrate is intended as a mixer, however it can be used as a standalone if required. Pairs well with Custards and Jams.
Can be used as a standalone single dimensional flavour or combined with other flavours.
Recommended mix percentage: Standalone Flavour 3-6%, Flavour Blend 1-3%
Contains natural/artificial flavouring and Propylene Glycol
