Jam it is a universal flavour that enhances fruit and nut flavours to that of a Jam cooked fruit or nut. Jam it works well with citrus fruits to create a marmalade or berries to create a preserve. ideal in doughnut recipes.
Can be used as a standalone single dimensional flavour or combined with other flavours.
Recommended mix percentage: Standalone Flavour 5-9%, Flavour Blend 2-5%
