A raw pudding base flavour that carries a thick & creamy, eggs, tapioca & milk thickened profile without the sweet vanilla tones found in traditional flavours. This flavour base has endless uses for creation of pudding recipes such as chocolate pudding, banana pudding, rice pudding, bread pudding, coconut pudding, sticky toffee pudding, endless creations!
Can be used as a standalone single dimensional flavour or combined with other flavours.
Recommended mix percentage: Standalone Flavour 6-9%, Flavour Blend 3-5%
Contains natural/artificial flavouring and Propylene Glycol
